General disclaimer
The information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice or a recommendation for treatment. Whether any procedure is suitable for you can only be decided by a registered health practitioner after an individual consultation, assessment and informed consent.
All procedures carry risk. Results, recovery and outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Before proceeding with any procedure, consider seeking a second opinion from an appropriately qualified health practitioner.

Clinic policy
Consultations
New client consultations are free and take about 45 minutes. A consultation does not commit you to any treatment. Clients must be 18 years or older.
Deposits
If you book a treatment after your consultation, a deposit of 20% of the treatment cost is required to secure your appointment. The deposit is credited toward your treatment on the day.
Cancellations and changes
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or do not attend, your deposit may be forfeited.
Running late
If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment so that other clients are not affected.
Payments
We accept card and cash. We do not offer payment plans or buy-now-pay-later for treatments.
Support people
You are welcome to bring a support person to your consultation.
Respect
We are committed to treating every client with care and respect, and ask the same in return. We may decline or end an appointment where behaviour is abusive or unsafe.
Privacy policy
Cosmetica Blanc respects your privacy and handles your personal and health information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
Your name, date of birth, contact details, medical history, medications, allergies, consultation notes, treatment records, consent forms, and clinical photographs taken with your consent.
Why we collect it
To assess your suitability for treatment, provide appropriate care, keep accurate clinical records, manage bookings and payments, and meet our legal and professional obligations.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it where you consent, where it is needed for your care (for example, with your GP or a prescribing practitioner), with service providers who help us run the clinic (such as our booking and payment systems), or where the law requires it.
Photographs
Clinical photographs are part of your medical record. They are never used on our website or social media without your separate, written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Storage and security
We store your records securely and take reasonable steps to protect them from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. Records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you by emailing info@cosmeticablanc.com.au. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
